You download it and have to do a Zoom call with the company for it to work. I don't even know why it is needed, never experienced that before. I just felt that was weird.

These channels are optional again, some of our customers do the setup themselves. Our customers only choose zoom if they have a complex setup and they require us to walk them through the setup. WHAT IS GOING ON??? Now it's having problem and we even can't contact anyone to solve this!!! we are losing money man!!!!
