Vignesh was very patient and helpful. There was some confusion about different item types but he let me take as much time as I needed.

I don't feel the rates were explained clearly. At first, he said "you won't pay the extra $20/month if you change your Shopify plan". But then, he didn't make it clear that when I activated Logbase, I would need to then pay a different $20/month.

Vignesh was super helpful. I really appreciate the support which made triaging and setting everything up a much better experience than it would have been.

Vindu who helped us set up the app was very helpful :) The app works only when you need just a few shipping rates. It does not work if you need customized shipping rates.

It took me months to figure out why I could not set shopify to charge flat rate per item shipping fee. I need to both upgrade my account, message shopify to enable a third party shipping app and then I had to choose the app. It took me several demos but this worked and they set the app up and my shipping profile for me and stayed on while I tested it.
