Integration was easy and the team helped us set up fairly quickly. Chelley was extremely helpful in the implementation stage and helped us with some great time-saving suggestions.
Until Shipstation we were using multiple platforms to fulfill (eBay, Shopify x 3, Walmart, etc. It was getting out of hand. Shipstation has saved us. It is reliable, fast, and the consolidation and simple workflow has saved us a huge amount of time and improved our fulfillment quality and turnaround.
This is my primary shipping application - the features are good, but there seems to be an issue approximately 1 in 15 to 20 times you go to use it. Most of the issues stem from Shipstation Connect as I use a mac. I've spoken to them and they agreed this app is problematic. ShipStation rocks. It saves a ton of time when it comes to shipping and fulfillment. It notifies our chef wear customer that there order is shipped along with tracking, and it allows us to quickly print and email labels for hassle free returns.
This was the best app we had. Once it was updated IT IS COMPLETE TRASH!! Their support will take weeks with no help. A glitch a day will make you feel like you work for Ship station and not your own business.
This app has definitely made shipping easier for us. The software allows auto import of customer data from many sites and shipping rates are automatically applied if filters and rules have been set up. The app works great when it works, but when it glitches and your shipping company charges you 30,000 for labels that were made by mistake, Shipstation is dismissive and slow to respond, let alone correct the issue.

Customer service is non-existent.. you can NOT actually talk with anyone at all regarding any issues. I have set up two users for different logins and only one works. When we attempt to remove the other user and reload them into their platform, it states that they already exist and we can not add another user to the account, yet we pay for multiple users...
