This is a great app when everything is working the way it should. Labels are 20 times faster than doing them manually and it is easy to use. I had an issue with connection and although it took a while to fix through chat, Justin was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue.

We've been using shipstation for 4+ years. It's grown with us and handled most of our needs. Luis has been a big help handling our account over the years. Very responsive any time we have an issue or question.

William Kelly was super helpful navigating our company through an update and explaining new options for price break downs and savings. He is available whenever we need help and gets back to us promptly when not. We have been using ShipStation for over 10 years and we like how it is very user friendly and how they listen to their customers and provide updates that make sense.

This app works great. We have been using it for over 8 years. We just had some new features installed, and Darren Dybala, our onboarding specialist, was great. He really took the time to help us get some new features set up and to optimize some features we have been using for years.

I’ve been using ShipStation for a year now, and I have to give a massive shoutout to Luis Bello on their support team. He has been absolutely great! Every single time I have a question, his response time is amazing, sometimes I feel like he must be working from home because he is just always there and ready to help. I am very satisfied with the app overall, but honestly, I plan to keep using ShipStation purely because of the top-tier support from people like Luis. Highly recommend!
