If you have a Stamps.com account, I recommend using Shipstation instead. It costs about $9.00 more a month, but it is cloud based (unlike having to download the Stamps.com program on your computer) and it also includes a Stamps.com account. I sync it to my store and download my orders into ShipStation. Once there I use the preset shipping options that I created for faster processing and I can batch my orders to print all at once. It keeps track of all orders processed and shipped and sends emails to customers with tracking information. You also get the best discounted rates with Shipstation. I highly recommend ShipStation!

Have been using this software for about a year it continuously gets better. Actually found shopify because of ship station. We sell on eBay,amazon and newegg. This app make shipping out all orders much easier. Must have for any serious business.

I initially put in one star because of the issues we had connecting shopify with shipstation, the orders were not importing into shipstation and for months we didn't know what to do, talked with shipstation many times but nothing, until we contacted shopify to help us and that was the major turning point, the guys at shopify didn't settle until they fixed the issue and found us someone that does have great experience at shipstation, talk about a great great partners work :). What we found out is that on the checkout setting on shopify the automatically fulfill order lines item was checked that what created all issues.
We right now have connected shipstation with Jet, Wal-Mart, amazon (for FBM), ebay and finally shopify, all working pretty good.
What I like most about the whole thing is that the customer service for both shipstation and shopify when both worked together is 10 stars.

We've used Shipstation for over a year and it's hands down the best stand alone shipping application. Just about everything that needs to be done, ShipStation is able to do. Automated returns and split orders are both live savers, are are batch processing. Definitely a good investment.
ShipStation makes our fulfilment a breeze! The interface is clear and simple, yet powerful. The automation features have really come in handy. It helps automatically enter shipping parameters like automatically bypassing local pickup orders, automatically configuring shipment signatures based on order value, or automatically loading settings based on order item presets. It has been super reliable, definitely would recommend.
Excellent Customer Service. Awesome App!. I LOVE IT! The best and look no further. Has Mobile on the go, has Inventory management, has shipping calculator to compare the various rates immediately, very robust, ease of use, fast and efficient. Why didn't I use this app earlier, I could've saved myself lost time instead of using the other horrible major Shipping app competitor.

For my snack subscription box company, I've tried other shipping apps in the Shopify store from Shippo to ShippingEasy and after comparing them all, ShipStation is by far the best in terms of rates and convenience. Their platform is easy to understand and has really useful features like Shipment Notifications after the shipment hits the mail stream. I HIGHLY recommend using ShipStation!
