Hands down the worst app I've ever used. Things break all the time, nothing works properly, features suck for an app in development for 10+ years, customer service is basically just set up to tell you nothing is possible or "under investigation" with no follow ups or a follow up after like 2 months - with of course no resolution. I don't ever leave reviews for good or bad apps. This is definitely the one exception, and the $0.08/label on bringing our own carrier was icing on the cake.

ShipStation is a lifesaver. We're a small e-commerce business - just one employee besides ourselves, and we're also full-time farmers. Clear, efficient, and reliable is what we need -- and ShipStation delivers! Between keeping our farm afloat and mailing over 500 packages a month, any wrinkle becomes a big deal. We have come to trust ShipStation to handle all the complexity for us. It is so easy to log in, import orders, have the orders automatically be assigned the correct box size and weight, have address validation, and be able to buy batch labels with just one click! We have hours of our time every week by using ShipStation.
We love using ShipStation! The program integrates with UPS, allowing us to print labels in batches rather than having to manually type each order in UPS. This has save so much time and worth the money. Highly Recommended!!!
Stay away - I was wrongfully charged for a month's subscription after following the customer service agent's instruction of how to extend a trial and ended up being charged for an extra month also.
I've been attempting to chase this up for over five months now with no reply. This company owes me nearly £80 and seems to have no interest in dealing with it other than avoiding me.
Shipstation has made our shipping experience so much easier!
We're really enjoying the ease of connectivity with Ship Station and Shopify. We added extra capabilities with our WMS so we have no problems. Our account manager called, introduced herself, is available to us - it's pretty easy. Give their developers a bit of time to work on more features and it will stay the best solution.
Absolutely ABYSMAL customer service. They only offer chat and email support and both are slow and typically worthless. On top of which, they don't bother to offer support until starting at 9:00 am eastern (country club hours). By that time of the day, if I've got issues with their software, my day's already shot!
WHY ARE THEY SO AFRAID OF THE PHONE????
The software is largely good, but if you're looking for support, go with ShippingEasy! At least they have a phone number and are concerned about customer service.
ShipStation simply doesn't care about its customers or about providing quality customer service!
If you're thinking about using them, try someone else FIRST! If you're already using them, you should be looking around.
I have to echo the other terrible reviews. Yes, the software works until it doesn't. Then, when you're under the gun, orders piling up, and waiting on their awful customer support... you're stuck. I'm jumping ship before the holidays.
