Has made our life packing and shipping orders so much easier! Definitely a must have app.
The app works well except for printing problems from time to time. However I would not recommend using their insurance - 'shipinsurance'. The app allows you to buy insurance on an item even if it is not insurable. I have been using the app assuming if I could buy insurance the item was insurable. I have filed my first claim in two years and it has been denied as the shipping option was not insurable despite the fact that they offered insurance on my shipping option. I would have chosen a different shipping option had I known this. App needs to be fixed so that insurance is not offered on non-insurable shipping options.
After using GoShippo for a while on our store due to there per shipment pricing, we began to outgrow their service. Shipstation is a full-service shipping application. Including excellent customer service, seamless integration, a nice mobile app, constant updates, custom tracking information, and a number of other custom features for your store. We would highly recommend this app for any business interested in taking their store to the next level. We at Buddha Pants appreciate the work ShipStation does.

Been using this for months... it pretty simple to use. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be printing/shipping out orders smoothly. Very helpful app
Very useful platform with lots of customization. Makes things easy on the back end but they seem to have completely abandoned ship, so if you need support you can't find it. No one answers their support emails. A shame! I hope someone can start looking after this again so I don't have to migrate to another platform.

Used to be good. Now with Shopify locations, when I make a sale, my sales channel removes the sold stock from inventory. Once I ship the order through ShipStation, Shipstation ADDS INVENTORY BACK. and they are refusing to take blame and blaming Shopify. My inventory is getting messed up with every sale. I’m switching to Shipworks.
DO NOT USE. They have broken API functionality with Royal Mail and as a result up to 50% of my shipments went missing. The UK Manager just called me personally and admitted they know about this issue but thought people weren't losing 'too many.'
We use ShipStation and the Shopify integraton for our store TogTees (www.togtees.com).
Highly developed app that is really critically useful for us in our daily shipping needs. At this point, we are shipping hundreds of orders each month, and ShipStation helps us streamline, process, fulfill and a lot more. We couldn't survive without it!
The only request we have for additional features right now is it would be nice to have some relatively advanced analytics within ShipStation regarding orders, most popular products, average shipping cost, average delivery times, etc. Just stuff to help us plan and develop strategy around shipping and customer service.
Overall, great app and service - highly recommended!
