My experience with Shipstation has been absolutely awful. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with in business. I would stay away from them completely unless they hire new staff and rebuild their software and their customer support team. They are unresponsive, lack knowledge, and always point their finger at someone else as the root cause of the issue, even when it ultimately comes down to their poorly written software.

Expensive, they keep raising the price and support is never good. They also launch updates that crash the system. Shipstation has an outage 5-10 times per year. Currently, It won't connect to Shopify correctly and I can't get any help.

Keep in mind that if you use an automatic discount, the final amount won't be right in the packing slip. So many glitches. We have lost over $1000 in orders going incorrectly to the wrong people due to label glitches and another glitch where it would not mark an order sent so our team sent it twice. Definitely do not recommend.

I used to love this app but I just received notification my service was cancelled at my request.....I never requested this and now cannot get a hold of anyone to fix this. Im waiting for an email reply from a request 3 days ago....I have shipments that need to happen and I can get signed in to do so, or retrieve previous information on these shipments. Maybe someone will answer me on here

We were really liking this app until they did a flash move of our account to a new version without our permission. I'm ready to find a new provider now as they won't move us back or fix a critical feature (allocation tool) that we need for our operation to run smoothly. I have gotten zero updates from the company since bringing the issue to their attention 3 weeks ago. I'd avoid this app for now.
