Application removes main product text formatting. Looks like still in beta and support is asking questions It replies with standard text asking the same information that was provided already.

We understand your concerns around existing product text formatting being changed, particularly when generating SEO titles and descriptions, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We have now fixed this issue so we hope it will no longer be a concern. We are a small team of 2 and we really appreciate your feedback that helps us improve the app.

• Also, if you have any questions regarding this application, you can write to chat and will have good explanation and help of specialist. Customer service support is very good and specialist are trying to help you in all questions, tasks you have.
What is very interesting and is competitive advantage of this application – is that app can make SEO and explanation by themselves, so you don’t need to spend a lot of time to change by yourself, it is easier way. If you don’t like something, you can approve this explanation by one click and in several seconds you will have new updated SEO, explanation.
We see potentials in this application and will use to add SEO for all our products.

I was driving myself crazy trying to find an app to help with Product descriptions and this one was perfect!! It was able to rewrite product descriptions for 50 products in about 10 minutes!! The descriptions were amazing. I'll be using this app in the future and recommending it as well.

We have quite a few products on our store to manage and this app has been a lifesaver. The descriptions generated are great, it's simple to do and I can feed keywords that I want the generator to use too.
Even better, the app allows you to create new products and generate the descriptions simultaneously. I have already saved many hours. I would also like to see some additional features like SEO tag generation, but this is perfect for my needs right now.
