I have been a Shopify customer for almost 8 years and the most recent changes to this Order Printer app has completely screwed up our personalization workflow. If I could give minus stars I would. Really poor effort from the developers and has come about to the detriment of the basic "Print Order Page" option. Shopify should be ashamed!

They say over and over I can print pricing labels from purchase orders if I have this. Nope. Doesn't even come up as an option. And no one seems to be able to help. Just sends me the same screen on how to do it. Even though I say those drop down menu choices aren't there for me! After the many bad reviews, with bad comments that the templates cannot be imported or are difficult to import, they have worked on it and sent an info mail that it now works with a click. It worked now perfectly. In less than 5 minutes the new app and templates were installed. Working perfectly for over a month. Then it was removed from "more actions" to "print" and now it cannot be edited ...

This new version done not show the mobile number I used all sort of variables available but it is showing blank for mobile number but address is appearing. I am trying with below code, none is showing phone number for the order -

They changed the system and took away our already perfect packing slip and even copying the code over from the old one to this new one, it did not work and now we're missing elements in it.

Extremely poor system. They claim it's easy to use but it most definitely is not. The customer support line was also no help as they have no pre-designed templates to even assist the transition.

My order page was perfect. And I do mean PERFECT !! What am I suppose to do with this mess that you have created?
I am not a programmer and paid someone to create my order page. Do I now have to pay him again to fix this mess that you have created?

MY REPLY: It's very worrying that you have to give the app permission to edit products and collections. Order printer legacy didn't requite this. Neither does any of the other apps I've installed.

This is absurd! The old app changed to Legacy and we have to download a new app. The new app doesn't have an option to make it easy to customize. We're so overload of work and now have to find a way to customize the template or find one that works and to make it like the old template we used to have for our store. The previous one we have paid for and done so much work for it.... What's the point ...
