APP SUCKS! Legacy app actually worked.
Cant use customer notes in new shopify order printer. Please allow this variable.
Just an echo of what others have said; this app was fantastic when it was privately owned and developed. Since Shopify has taken it over, I've had nothing but issues. One day, without making any changes, my templates refused to print properly - thankfully a Shopify developer popped in and was able to fix whatever they had mangled. Very limited, cannot even changed the date translation wich is very basic. A lot of back and forth communication for nothing at all. Don't waste your time.
It just stops working after months of no issues. We can no longer scan orders, we have to manually enter order numbers because it just stopped pulling order number barcodes overnight. I've tried everything to fix it, and it just stopped working.
It's crazy that a popular and premium priced system like Shopify don't have a built in function for sending invoices so you have to install an app!
And there is no way to gather VAT-numbers natively in checkout but VAT on the invoice is a legal requirement in EU countries! This can't even be achieved with an App because you are not allowed to add fields in the checkout if you are not on a PLUS ...

The fact that the print date is the invoice date by default speaks volumes towards the effort the programmers made creating this mess....

I have been a Shopify customer for almost 8 years and the most recent changes to this Order Printer app has completely screwed up our personalization workflow.
