What a mess! Why replace a perfectly functioning App with a new App that makes no real contribution? All the custom templates I had created have to be redone, the code I had written doesn't work in the new App. I'm very, very disappointed! I will use the previous Order Printer Legacy App as long as I can and I hope that Shopify will intervene and fix this serious damage.

This should be a smooth transfer from the old app to the new one but it's not. The import templet function does not work and when we try to print orders in bulk every couple pages is messed up and split between two pieces of paper. They really need to implement some support for this app or fine tune it and rerelease.

JUNE 24 - While we were able to successfully import our template from the legacy app, there is still coding adjustments required (layout is not the same, scaling is off, header is gone). Very little support documentation, and why would this app be released befoer they had a way of importing the old templates? Get your ducks in a row first before releasing this nonsense upon us. It has been most difficult to transfer our invoice templates to this app from the legacy version. I do not like the new app at all. My old template doesn't work and I can't seem to edit this one with any of the coding. Someone please tell me how to get the shipping title to show on the packing slip? It takes too much time to look at each order individually to see what shipping method to use. I tried several of the variables and none of them are working!

Does not work properly. The templates from the legacy were perfect, and I've used them or years. I migrated the templates per instructions, but the order number is missing, as well as the date and email fields. Not great. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. And if you're going to fix it, make sure you have a solution that works. This is not it guys. Horrible, huge misstep.

Wow, what a disappointment. The original Order Printer was certainly not the best, but I presume most of us eventually got it to work and considered that a sunk cost.

Years later and this is what you've got? You have to be kidding! I'm hours into it and I still can't get decent results, the templates are lousy and it has been super flaky, sometimes completely failing to load.

Shopify forcing the migration without putting any measures in place to help support template migration is a joke. Shopify is not the company they were 10 years ago, absolute travesty.
