I have custom invoice template design but this Order Printer app doesn't let me use it. Shopify will stop running the old Shopify Order Printer app soon which allows me to use the custom invoice template, and they are asking me to switch to this one. I don't want to switch to the worse ver.

Don't delete the Legacy app until they fix the issues with this one. I regret deleting it as you can't download it again. The major issue for us is that it cuts off order if they're longer than one page, and sometimes randomly only prints half the page or less. It can't do the one job it's supposed to, which is to print orders.

I WAS OVERLY OPTIMISTIC. Yes it migrated but it DID NOT TRANSFER ANY OF THE "CUSTOM WORK" I HAD. Boy did I fall for their "just click through".

Why did you make it so hard to import existing templates?
The Original Order Printer wasn't broken - why fix it? Ok, so fix it, but make it easy for your customers to use it by auto importing our existing templates. This is a nightmare.

I would NOT recommend this app. I have been forced to swap from the old order printer (legacy) to this new rubbish Shopify Order Printer. They gave instructions on how to migrate your old template over but I'm not familiar with coding so I can't do it. My invoice is missing things like gst, the shipping address, the discount amount, notes and other things.
