Robust and affordable with unmatched customer support. I wouldn't even call it customer support, it's more like having a team of experts ready to fully devote themselvs to you. We're a medium sized company with many complex moving parts, i.e. retail, wholesale, warehouse, manufacturing, e-commerce, and fulfillment center. Shopventory has completely streamlined how we caculate cost, stock counts, and internal data for our multi channel system of operations. With all software solution systems, Shopventory is not without its limitations. But there is no perfect system that will meet the specific needs of every business, and that should be obvious. Shopventory has enabled us to make smarter business choices through data and analytics that are imperative for operations, development and overall growth. Shout out to Miranda for spending several weeks with me developing a system that works best for our company.

This app helped our small business tremendously! We used Shopventory to connect our brick & mortar POS system (Clover) to our e-commerce inventory (Shopify). It worked seamlessly and the customer service team is truly remarkable! Roslind was available to help every time I had a question (and I had at least 100+ in those beginning weeks). I've been using Shopventory for over a year now. Maybe closer to 18 months. It is an exceptional piece of software. We track our inventory, products, and bundles across several channels and get just the right reporting to be able to buy right. Good inventory management is vital for a business to be profitable and we wouldn't be there without Shopventory. Their customer support is outstanding too!

We had been looking for an inventory app for some time now that would work for our needs and this has delivered. The customer service is very responsive, Dean was great answering questions and showing me how the program will work to make sure it would be a great fit for our needs prior to installation. The customer service continued is over the top, especially Kayla & Nay who have been wonderful to work with. It has been great being able to start a chat, knowing that they would jump in to continue with the same people without having to start over. They have great tutorial videos for just about everything, visual is better than reading instructions. Being able to communicate with Loom videos back and forth expedited the conversations to faster resolutions. We had run into several hurdles to make everything function with our specific data input and work correctly with our online store, they were able to solve everything. The reports are easy to access, tracking/audit logs are great to have, bonus feature they go back further than Shopify's 250. So much information in one place has been a huge time saver. A great feature is setting up different pars for different variants help me keep an eye on everything with emails letting me know it is time to reorder. This has become a real timesaver!
