Shuttle ‑ Sync with Etsy , 207 reviews

I have used (what was formerly Etsify and now Shuttle) since the end of 2018 and it is hands down an ESSENTIAL app if you manage an Etsy shop in addition to a Shopify Storefront! In fact if I only could choose one, this would be it. Don’t waste your time trying to find another app to manage transferring your reviews/products from Etsy to Shopify. This is the one you want to invest in. The interface is extremely simple and easy to use and the new features are PERFECT. I’d like to point out that the nearly 100% of any negative reviews Shuttle has gotten thus far have to do with “support” — which I can personally say has not been my experience at all. Nimo has been extremely helpful and responsive any time I’ve needed any assistance and I can tell that he truly cares about his work! As someone that manages all aspects of my own business (as I’m sure a lot of Shopify stores do) I think it’s insane that people are so quick to leave 1 star reviews undeservingly. Not sure if Nimo has help or not, but I think he’s doing a wonderful job to provide us with an absolutely innovative, essential tool at a fair price AND manage his support. I think Shuttle deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you so much for your hard work, Nimo! I truly cannot wait to see how Shuttle continues to evolve! One of the most useful apps if you started with an Etsy shop and are moving over to Shopify. Being able to sync hundreds of items with thousands of reviews with just the click of a button is invaluable. Once you get it set up, being able to show all your orders from Etsy and Shopify in a single dashboard is REALLY handy. We use very few apps in our shop but we would have major headaches if it wasn't for Etsify/Shuttle and we highly recommend it.

Great app which makes transferring products easy between Etsy and Shopify! Their free service is great and doesn't restrict you (unlike other "free" products do) and the support is fast and effective. These factors made me give them 5 stars and I signed up for a subscription. Thanks!

This app works seamlessly to transfer my Etsy inventory to Shopify. I have been very pleased with it.

Out of all the Shopify apps of all types (we use and tried many apps) Shuttle stands out as exceptional on all fronts! I have been with Shuttle since their new branding of Shuttle, I am amazed what Nimo has created for a Shopify and Etsy synchronization solution. Every feature I recommended he as implemented; the GUI is designed beautifully, and the support is awesome! I have never waited for a reply from Nimo, and he has always given details information during any issues which he has always resolved. With Shuttle, you can sync products (all details), reviews, inventory, orders, and all with details configuration and settings such as title appends, sync reports (stock alerts), tag appends, all types of exclude options, a SKU generator that saved me a few bucks and so many more details I can’t even remember them all… The price is great, and subscriptions are scaled to what you need as a growing business. As I mentioned in the beginning of this review; all other app developers need to take note on how to develop, create and support when designing a solution for Shopify businesses and Nimo has done that beyond what I could ever imagine. We have used Shuttle in combination with Judge.me for over a year and have had few issues. The Shuttle team regularly updates their app and keeps it current while adding helpful features. We can easily transfer reviews from our Etsy shop to our Shopify shop. It is a great solution for us!

This app is the best solution for selling on both Shopify and Etsy, worth the spend. Its TONS of features make the nightmare of maintaining two e-com shops much easier. Nimo has been great answering any support questions I've had. The app gets better every month with frequent development and enhancements. Additionally, I really appreciate the clear communication about features, dev roadmap, and plan options. (I need to find a 6th star)

I had a couple of issues importing reviews. Their customer service walked me through the steps and in time I had the reviews up on my site. Thanks Nimo, you rock!

Before I downloaded this app, I tried to import Etsy reviews manually by downloading the export file from Etsy and uploading it to Shopify. But I kept running into errors and ultimately resigned myself to paying for the service. But honestly, I have NO regrets. The process was extremely simple and the interface is very user friendly. But the reason I give this 5 stars is the customer support. I ran into a problem where my imported reviews weren't automatically attaching to products, which would have required me to individually assign all 950+ reviews to products manually. (I found out later that this was because of how I imported products into Shopify before I downloaded the app. It was not Shuttle's fault.) I reached out to support to help me figure out the issue. They responded within a few hours, but instead of just telling me how to fix it, they took the initiative to solve the problem for me through the back end. So the issue was solved with no additional effort on my part, which was fantastic. Ultimately, I definitely recommend this app if importing reviews is giving you a headache.
