Hextom: Workflow Automation

Discontinued using this app due to the inability to NOT repost an item if it had a qty greater than zero. There are times we don’t want items posted right away but this app won’t allow that.

I use this app to hide my out of stock items and to help with fraud and it works great. Excellent!!!

This App is terrific - easy install, no code, works like a charm. I particularly like it automatically hiding sold out items with an email to me! Makes my life so much easier! Thank you once again, Hextom! LOVE all your apps!

Big time savings and efficiency possible with this app. Especially useful adding tags/notes to certain orders that can be used as triggers/conditions for rules in other applications (like Shipstation)

Absolutely outstanding. Super functional app and extremely easy to use. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to prevent customers with certain tags using "pending" payment methods. Would give 10,000 stars if possible.

Shop Workflow Automation is really great, we used it to generate super-useful fraud warning e-mail notifications, and the general workflow capabilities are handy as well!

I started using this app awhile ago to send me a weekly email of my out of stock items and it works perfectly! This way I can choose what to do further with those items, like restock, delete, etc. Also, recently set up the high risk order alert so was able to cancel a different app. Great app and easy to set up advanced automation's if their pre-built ones don't quite work for you. Definitely recommend!

What a Awesome App, whilst this app might not suit every business and website; but with our business and website it suits us down to a tee! Saves us many hours of data entry, once all the settings have been set up, a customer places an order and it automatically gets sent to our supplier for fulfilment straight away.
