Very useful app for automating tedious tasks. Highly recommended and easy setup. I am using VIP tagging and tagging high risk orders automatically and sending notification to limit the chargebacks.

We need more cases like
1) if an order is not fulfilled more than 2 days or 48 hours
2) if an order price is below some x pirce
3) if an order price is below above x price
4) if a repeated customer arrived
5) if the order value is zero
6) if the order is not archived more than 10 days
Great app but needs a bit more explanation as to how to set-up some of the selected features..
App is awesome and highly recommended, i wish that they have an action to make make items that sold out to be removed on a schedule like once a week or so.

When a certain product was ordered it emailed, so I could take action on the order and the customer.
couldn't create automation. writes to create automation press edit button but nothing there or I couldn't see it. it should be more clear tips

Love this app! It has worked flawlessly.
I currently use it to send an email to one of my suppliers to fulfill an order, and to mark VIP customers. I'm on the free plan, but I'll definitely upgrade as soon as this particular vendor gets more orders, or I add vendors.

I'm waiting for another fraud order to come in and be canceled to verify if this app is properly working but the feature set is pretty comprehensive which I like.

It has helped me tremendously in knowing my daily sales report, alerts on products out of stock and hides them. you get a fair amount of tasks for a free service.

I was excited about this app.
I ran just one task and that was it for my monthly allocation. My task was to publish restock products. I cannot run anything else until next month without upgrading as the one task took 72 actions (allocated 50). My monthly allowance is 72/50 after running the one task,
I am thankful that they locked the account instead of charging overage fees.
Looking at things I would have to pay at least $49 a month as I have a lot of products where my suppliers sell out for a week or two then replenish their stock.
I can see how this could be a valuable tool, It is easy to use. I wish that it charged by task and not per item that it finds in the task. I simply cannot afford this tool.
So far I have only created one task. I will give a 4 star rating as I have not had time to fully try out the app and I have found some missing features that I think should be included.
I used it many time and i love it. It is fast and effective and you should definitely try it. SO if you looking for something to help you out try it

I love this app so much that it automates the task i always wanted to do. More free time in doing some of this thing ad doing other thing, such as running, hehe my sports,, is not possible ... So I'm giving this app to at least.... let me see.

This one is a no-brainer. It simply makes the process of organizing, tagging and sorting 100% easier. It is on our top 10 must have Shopify apps list. Couldn't survive without it. The Hextom team has our thanks and appreciation.

Just installed the app so an honest review is not possible at this time. Will update after we've had a chance to view app's performance.
It automates many things and helps you save time. If a customer buys from you more times you can make him/her VIP customer. You can also hide products that are out of stock and make it republish once they are back. It helps you automate your vendor fulfil the order. It is a great app.
I will give a proper review after a month of consistent usage. So far so good.

This app is very easy to use. I have built relationships with my suppliers and now I’m able to notify them as soon as I get an order. This is incredible. Most importantly it’s mobile Compatible. Great app.
