What does this app do?

Sitemap SEO Tools generates an SEO HTML sitemap, lets you modify your generated XML sitemap and give you the ability to control where search engine crawls by giving you the ability to place NoIndex/NoFollow meta tags across a wide range of pages on your store.

It also helps your resolve the dreaded duplicate content issues facing Shopify store's.

HTML sitemap

Generate an SEO friendly HTML sitemap to give your store a much needed indexing boost. A HTML sitemap will tell search engines where to crawl resulting in quicker indexation. It also gives search structure to your store and allows link juice to flow freely.

XML Sitemap

An XML sitemap is useful especially if you submit it to search engines for example Google Search Console as it gives you stats on indexation. Search engines crawl the XML sitemap on a daily basis to check for any changes to your content.

Nofollow Noindex Meta Tags

Place NoIndex, NoFollow meta tags across different pages, products, paginated search results, search pages and more to control where you don't want search engines to crawl.

When search engines crawl unnecessary pages you are using up your crawl budget so it's beneficial to control this and let search engines crawl your most important pages more frequently.

Resolve duplicate content issues
