Great app for creating a sitemap
Update: I have been waiting over a week for support to help me fix this sitemap after several requests and no response they sent me an invite to review Sitemapper so I will. Bad or non-existent customer support. Was looking for a sitemap that customers can use to find what they are looking for and also one that search engines would find so I can get more pages indexed sooner than without a site map.
no response from customer service after several reminders. It's disappointing and I'm uninstalling the app
The app was easy to set up and has great instructions. Thuong also helped us modify our sitemap - we really appreciated it!
I did install the app, but I have a Google Search Console error when I try to update my sitemaps. I have been waiting for a answer, but this never Happened. They never answer me back :( Is sad since is looks to be a good app but the lack of communication it is a big issue

I sent you an email on Feb 12. There is the answer in that email "The sitemap page is for your customer to quickly find your products. To submit the sitemap to search engine, please use the link https://drfashionstore.com/sitemap.xml instead of https://drfashionstore.com/apps/sitemap. The xml format is requested by Google."

The app works as described. The sitemap does appear and work correctly. However, the documentation states that you get free tech support to change the theme. I have submitted a few request for helps over the past 2 months. I have not received the support to alter the theme.

Valuable app! I just looked into google console and 1,000+ products are now all indexed because of the sitemap created! Also, customer support was great.
