Best app on the market for sure. The customer service is better than anything we've experienced before. Very responsive and shoutout to Sandro, our Merchant Success Manager, he is one of the best in the business! The transition from Bold V2 was seamless. We recommend switching to skio ASAP!

This app looks amazing but please consider building out a plan that is much more affordable. Would be great to switch over to Skio but it's very expensive.

Skio is a must-have app for any seller — it's a total & complete game changer. Having the ability to have groups of people sign up for recurring subscriptions does not only increase AOV, but is also going to increase our customer base exponentially. The app is very easy to install and use, there's also terrific developer support in case of any troubleshooting. Group-buying is the future of eCommerce, and Skio has executed this to perfection. Would highly recommend!

It has integrated perfectly into our Shopify store and Klaviyo flows. Customer experience is great and our new signups began to increase immediately. Their customer service is truly fantastic... Sandro, our account rep, is incredibly knowledgeable and really goes over and above to help us and improve our subscription programme. Highly recommend!

We love using Skio! There are quite a few options out there but their UI is much more intuitive and at the end of the day when we have an issue, they are there for us. We've been on calls with some of their team (Tyler is a name that sticks out) and we always have positive & productive interactions. We definitely recommend Skio to anyone thinking about it!

This is a team that's deeply knowledgeable on the best, and most up to date e-commerce / DTC strategies. As a solo operator they have helped me tremendously not only in getting my subscription program up to speed but also in many other aspects of my business. Great app. We had a terrible experience with a similar app that took months (literally) to get anything done, and we finally switched to skio. They were very on top of their game, nothing was "too hard" and they got back to us quickly.
So glad we made the switch. I recommend Skio to other brands i know.

On-boarded Smartrr to Skio. Definitely one of the best decisions we've made so far.

The optionality for customers, intuitive dashboard + reporting, and rebuttal systems have given us a better view and action around our subscriber program.

On-boarding and customer support (thank you sandro + ben) have been S-tier.

We're early on with Skio but it's worked pretty easily. They are young and have some work to do on their documentation but their team is responsive to customer requests. I've been on a number of calls with their dev team to help figure out the edges. I'll take scrappy and willing to help over ridging and a "figure it out yourself" attitude any day. I'd trust them with your subscription service.

Annihilates Recharge. Have been hacking recharge for a long time, moved to SKIO and the team is much more responsive. Says a lot that recharge charges for basic customer support while SKIO does it for free like a normal company would...

pretty goated company - helped with a custom integration and setup over a couple weeks giving me time with a dev included with the subscription (and then refunded a month when the integration ran over the expected deadline) love the product roadmap and works 10x better than recharge or custom checkout/crm

Hands down, easily the best subscription engine out there. I've used Recharge, Bold Apps, and Smartrr in the past -- Skio is superior compared to all and Any of them. The best feature is passwordless login that our customers love and has reduced support tickets by over 30%. Their team also ships new features at a staggering pace.

When I say you should run away from all other subscription apps. RUN. Skio is the subscription app that everything else should have been but never was. First off the team has been incredibly helpful in getting us set up. They are quick, knowledgable, and super accessible, not like some of the other companies. The UX and UI on the admin side is fantastic and for the customer side everything is seamless. I absolutely love the customer portal, it makes having a subscription easy and fun, not boring and conducive to churn. I highly recommend using SKIO for your subscription needs.

The UX Skio provides for subscription is streamlined and seamless, something our customers begged for and now really appreciate. Our subscription-related CX tickets have decreased tenfold. Highly suggest using a Shopify native app for recurring billing -- only have to make changes in one place (shipping address changes, refunds, etc.). Also, the Skio team is super responsive, efficient, and helpful and they've been angels at working with us to customize just about everything. Excited to launch our text-to-swap feature and the group referral. Would definitely recommend!

We switched to Skio subscription so we can use a recurring payment app that is customizable to our brand, easy to set up, and comes with intuitive notifications. We tried 5 different payment apps before we landed on Skio. Kennan from Skio is the model of what all Shopify App support should look like - available and resourceful. We've used bold, recharge, and others! Skio is the only subscription app that is designing from the customer's perspective. No more answering frustrated customer emails. Not to mention, how much better our customer's order page is. It's beautiful!

Looks like SKIO is giving the competition a sure run for the money. Features like the "Invite a Friend" subscription-share program definitely set it apart from others.
