I'm using this app to help me set up bundle upsells and the first time I tried to create a bundle I ran into a problem and couldn't get the bundle I created to save. Luckily the help box hangs out on the bottom right of the page, so I was able to just open it up and type in my issue. The very next morning bright and early, Paul was nice enough to help me out and sending him the screenshots of the page he was able to pinpoint the problem in no time and get me back to creating more bundles.
Always five stars with SMART! Adding their apps was the best move I could make. They all work together and make this a much more pleasant experience to set up. I highly recommend ALL of their apps!

The Smar7 app was great, the customer support was great and timely!
There was an integration with OCU that I wanted, but learned that they will work on the integration later. At least, I did hear back from support timely about this and I can wait for the integration to happen instead of wondering if anything will be done about it.
So as I said, great app: does what it says, and great service and development that comes with it.
