Great customer service. Easy to work with. The app is a must for website optimization. Before the app my website was very slow, after installation of the app it skyrocket. Totally worth it.

The app itself is already just amazing. Super easy and accesible for people like me (I don't really understand SEO and optimalisation that well). But wow, the customer service is from another planet. The people from the chat where sometimes working on improving my loading speed for over an hour. My site is number one on google ranking without me needing to do that much. My user experience is amazing. Just thanks to everyone that works for this app.

Simon greatly improved my site speeds. 91 on mobile, and 97 for desktop (laptop). Impressive!! I also use their image optimization feature. Very easy to use. This app has improved my website operation, speed and visibility in a way that has pleased me, but the aspect I'm most impressed with is the automation of what this app can do. It takes a few 'ticks off your list' in daily and weekly maintenance, and that for me makes me feel confident with my choice of using this particular app.

I can't say enough good things about Chris from TinyImg! He has been incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable in guiding me through optimizing my store. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and provided excellent support whenever I needed it. TinyImg is already a great tool, but having someone like Chris assisting makes it even better. If you're looking for top-notch customer service and real expertise, Chris is the person to go to! Highly recommend!

Helps quite a bit with simple SEO related task, for e.g. updating the JSON LD. The Dashboard is quite nice giving you quick access to multiple sections of your website (related to SEO optimization) which otherwise might need some elbow grease. Their support staff is really nice, they listen to your issues and try to provide a realistic solution to your problem.

Special shout out to Julia, who has helped me from the start. I came across this website from ed-codes youtube channel, however the link which could give me a discount was broken, Julia helped fix it from the backend allowing to access the same. She also followed up later regarding tips on how I could make certain changes to my website to ensure google doesn't flag my website.
