What is really important to me is that I can contact a human who actually cares. I haven't been with Tiny for very long but both times I've interacted with someone in the chat they have responded so well. Just now Julia was amazing, actually helping me with something not directly related to seo - an issue with how my site was showing up for me. She was able to show me that what I thought was a huge disaster where only parts of my site were updating is actually a cache issue because she could see all the updates live and I couldn't! I'd been losing sleep over this thinking I would have to rebuild my entire site. I am so impressed that she took the time to talk to me and try to troubleshoot this. This gives me confidence to ask about all aspects of their service whenever I need to. Thanks !
this is great app. it works as they promised. SEO and image optimization is great. hightly recommend this app. i got fantastic support from app developer especially Eli. she is kind and supportive. resolves issue fast. readily available on email. that's the great part of this app.

We tried to reach out to the merchant and ask what happened as when we checked their product pages - everything looked perfect. We finally got in touch with them, asked to help us investigate what is going on and offered a lot of benefits from our end if they helped us investigate, but we just got blocked.
We think communication is key when running a business and It's really sad to see such cases when you get completely ignored while having only good intentions.

Well lets just say customer service is amazing! I sent a message totally not expecting an answer on a Sunday morning and guess what? Not only did I get a response but Julia helped me understand things better. This app and the customer service is top quality!!!
I am still familiarizing myself with everything but so far the setup was super simple and the format of the app is easy. I'm currently digging into the SEO portion of Tiny and I know I need to continue to make some tweaks for speed optimization, but how great that I know that based on the information provided to me by Tiny!
