There was a slight error in contacting the support team. But then I received great support, they even exceeded my expectations. Any website that doesn't have this application, install it now and you will not have to worry about using this service, you will have more time to spend on other tasks such as product research and sales.
We have been using the application for about 6 months. It has been very practical for us, we can see our own mistakes and correct them.
This app is fantastic and so was the help that Julia gave. I have recommended this app to my friends and family for their shops, I love that it compresses images for you and also gives you a space to do so on the app. You can turn off apps on certain pages if an app doesn't need to load on a page, to help your shop speed. Trying out lazy loading which Julia set up for me, she also gave me other tips to improve my store which I really appreciate. Thank you TinyIMG team!
The app is amazing and will save me hours and hours of work. The support is even better Julia is so friendly and helpful and not judgemental at all. I literally had no idea but she explained things so clearly and answered every question, making sure I was happy and understood.
