No customer support at all. They promise a free 1 month for giving reviews, but then turn silent and ask for payment. Have sent them more than 4 inquiries but no reply from their end.

Won't import all the products from my store. Asking me to review your product before I can even get a chance to use it and I have to put at least 100 characters, this is not a great start. will update review if i can figure out how to import all the products from my store.

App does not work. Everytime I try to use the product description feature, I get the messasge "Internal server error". Would not recommend.

So, long story short....I cancelled a trial wiithin the trial period. Was then charged an obscure amount. Emailed on three occasions demanding a refund with no reply. Contacted shopify who contacted the app developer demanding the same. They also received no reply. After this I left a negative review. It was only after this that Rochelle contacted me asking for me to remove my review promising me that if I did so I would receive a full refund. After removing the review no refund was given! Disgraceful!! They basically tried to bribe me into removing my honest review and I felt backed into a corner and took it down as I really needed to get the money back. So upon looking at my bank statement today they have gone and charged me again. I am absolutely livid!! This is shocking behaviour. I will be contacting my bank to report fraudulent activity. I am just starting up my shop and have no income from it yet and do not have really have spare cash hanging around to give away to people like this. They tried to say as I cancelled the app on the shopify storefront I would not be entitled to a refund they said it needed to be done on their website.....what on earth??? At no point was this stated anywhere and I only ever accessed the app on the shopify platform and was not even aware that they had a website. I am disgusted with this company and will be reporting them again to shopify. STEER CLEAR, no doubt they try to contact me again with more lies whilst asking me to remove my review. This time they will be ignored and this review will stay up here for all to see. Incidentally looking at reviews othet have had the same issue. So proceed at your own peril!

Be aware, They take your money even if you end before the trail. (apparently removing the plugin is not enough) Then you email them and there will be no response until you leave a bad review. Then they will tell you it's your fault because you did not end the trail right. Then they will tell you they have a " No refund policy" even tho they just stole your money. Then they will blackmail you into removing the bad review first before giving back your money. So they don't want you to know the truth on how bad their service is. And that's the truth. I'm not the first one with this bad experience, and i will probably won't be the last. All the other people were forced to remove their bad review to get their money back. I'm not playing your shady games.
Nothing is free with this app. There is no “free trial” and there is no “free plan.” Oh, and there is no “VIP” support at night. I would highly recommend avoiding this app at all costs. I installed it because it said on the installation page that it comes with a Free Plan which includes 20 product descriptions. However, when you try to edit anything but the original description manually (not AI-generated), it requires you to sign up for what they call a “Free” trial, and then they proceed to collect payment information in order to charge $0.99 for the aforementioned “FREE” trial.
Right on the app page, they advertise the “Starter” plan which is “FREE” and includes 20 SEO-Optimized Descriptions, Premium AI-Generated Keywords, and VIP Support. From using the app myself, I learned that you DO NOT have access to any of these features without the PRO plan which costs money. On top of that, they’re offering the “FREE” trial for the pro plan, and as mentioned before, it costs money. The VIP Support which I would assume is the live chat, as email support is pretty typical and I would not consider it VIP, includes waiting for them to email you back because no one is available to handle the chat. I assume they’re in North America, like me, and that they’re asleep at 1 in the morning. However, advertising VIP support is a bit misleading as there is no support, and I still have a round-the-clock business to run.
So, in the meantime, while they are asleep, I will be waiting for an email response in regard to the questions I have. They have also placed a timer, I believe it's 30-minutes, for me to take advantage of "Free" trial that costs money. So, there is no point in me keeping the app installed. Therefore, I will be uninstalling it, which is why I do not recommend even installing it in the first place unless you plan on paying $30/month.
In short, I would not recommend installing this app if you are expecting them to follow through on anything they say or promise as their statements on the very initial installation page are both misleading and inaccurate. Throughout my years of working in many different business industries, this is not how I would recommend a business conduct itself, especially when expecting their customers to be paying customers.

You say this app is FREE but you only get 1 product description for free! The plans are *very expensive* and there's no warning before installing about the pricing.
