We've been using this service for the past two years, and initially, everything seemed smooth. However, recent experiences have significantly lowered our trust and satisfaction. Not sure how it works. We got stuck on the OTP and could not get past that. Tried multiple ways, but the OTP just would not come. We need an SMS app, and being that we are in Peru, and it says over 200 countries, we wanted to give it a shot.
