Not sure how it works. We got stuck on the OTP and could not get past that. Tried multiple ways, but the OTP just would not come. We need an SMS app, and being that we are in Peru, and it says over 200 countries, we wanted to give it a shot.

We've been using this service for the past two years, and initially, everything seemed smooth. However, recent experiences have significantly lowered our trust and satisfaction. The service appears to have engaged in unethical practices aimed at draining our account credits more rapidly than expected.
First, there's the issue with the repeated unauthorized activation of abandoned cart alerts from our Shopify integration. Despite multiple attempts to disable this feature, it continually gets reactivated without our consent. Secondly, the company has started sending admin SMS notifications for order-related alerts, which we never approved. This not only breaches our trust but also accelerates our credit usage unjustly.
The most egregious practice involves sending duplicate text messages to our customers, causing unnecessary charges and faster depletion of our credits, presumably to boost the company’s profits. This deceitful strategy has compelled us to reconsider our association with this service.
We are in the process of lodging a formal complaint with regulatory bodies and plan to discontinue our use of this service as soon as our current balance runs out. We advise potential users to be wary of these malpractices and consider other more reliable and ethical options in the market.
