This app was easy to set up and use. The support team was not able to answer my specific question on the phone, but they get back to me with the answer within 24 hours. After my initial campaign, I decided to upgrade from the free plan.

I really like the free version of the app. It is pretty easy to use especially for a newbie. I only wish there were more options for social-media-type entries (unless I missed something).

We'd like to clarify that all options for social-media-type-entries are available in the free plan- In fact all features that are available in the paid plans are also available in the free plan.

And we are regularly adding more features, campaign types, templates and entry methods- All of these are included in all the plans including the free plan at no extra cost.

Is my first time using this app for a giveaway and I had a concern, I pull up the chat window and in a couple minutes they answered all my questions. Needles to say great app and awesome support system. Well my first experience was good, but now I wanted to contact support for a question about their plans because I can find the answer on their plan page and I have sent 3 emails and one chat window in 3 days and nobody has contacted me yet. Can somebody tell me when and how I can cancel a plan subscription? I cant fine the answers anywhere and they are not replying to any of my messages. Thank You.
