Signed up for Snowball about 2 months ago but had some massive personal set backs in my personal life that pulled me away from being able to get things synched up and moving for our affiliate program. I finally got to diving into the platform over the last 2 days and this is hands down the best affiliate site I've come across. Mals is invaluable: always available, quick to find solutions, and ready to go above and beyond for everyone. Zohaib and Noah jump in and you feel like they are an extension of your team.
Snowball is a fantastic idea and very user-friendly. You'll be up on your feet in no time, but if you do need assistance, the support staff is exceptional. Performance of the app will vary by business, but if it fits your model, give it a try for a while and see if you can make things snowball!
