Snowball: Affiliate Marketing

THIS APP IS CRUCIAL. I'd highly recommend this for all e-commerce stores. It's insane to me how easy they made it.

This is a good app. Helps with auto payouts compared to other apps where you have to manually do the payouts.. Support was really helpful to customize for us since we already had affiliates we were working with.

so far so good, great help with the questions we had. looking forward to growing our business with the help of this affiliate app.

Great app - highly recommend

I've been using this app for a few months. The idea is brilliant but there are quite a few bugs to beware of. The support is pretty responsive but it takes them ages to iron out bugs as they pop up. When we launched our program the Klaviyo integration didn't work properly at all and it took 4 weeks for them to actually make it work. They have "creatives/emails" that you can send using their platform but the text is really gamie and you can't change it. I recently noticed they started sending automated emails to customers even though the settings were off. It's confusing for our customers as they get a Klaviyo email and then a crappy social snowball one too encouraging them to make an account in their platform -another thing that really should be store brand able. I mentioned it to support 3 weeks ago and thought they turned it off only to find it was still on. If your a small store that doesn't really need a product to have a strong branded experience this app can do the job. If you want to customise your messaging and touchpoints to be a smooth experience unfortunately this app needs more focus and dev support. Also support is based in Asia but works on California time so if your not there expect waiting the whole day for a response. I'm giving this a 3 as they do listen but the fact that customer facing bugs pop up and stay around for more than a week is painful as you're trying to build an e-commerce experience that rocks.

The most well thought out product I have ever downloaded let alone in the affiliate marketing niche. Seamless integrations and user experience. An immediate uplift in revenue and bottom line with minimal effort. Exceptional support as well with our own dedicated slack channel for any issues.

Staying organised while trying to grow an ambassador program can be challenging, but with the help of Snowball and their amazing team we've been able to grow our ambassador program while staying organised which we really appreciate.

There have been a few hick ups along the way that came up tech wise (which happens in any app from time to time) but their support team is always sure to get them resolved asap.

We'd definitely recommend using this app to grow your own affiliate or ambassador program.

A no-brainer if you're looking for an affiliate program. Fantastic service, outstanding support and a flawless user-experience that proved to be successful from the start.

Definitely the best affiliate app I've used. Seamless customer experience, definitely recommend over "free" competitors!
