First of all the app works great and the support response was 12-24 hours. They went above and beyond our expectations. However, the app is not as intuitive as we would have liked so that you have to jump back and forth to different screens. But, they did listen to our feedback and asked for details to give to developers. Even with that, we still liked the app so much that we added it to our other Shopify site.
Amazing customer service, made the experience of the app suited to our store perfectly! Customer service here is top notch and highly recommend the app if you are on the fence at all!
Great app. Simple and easy to use, served the purpose I needed it for. Customer support is excellent too, developers promptly assisted with installation and customising the app's appearance to match my store's theme.
This app accomplished exactly what we were looking to do by allowing customers to add certain items onto their purchase. So far it has worked flawlessly and the customer service and support team was more than responsive and very helpful!
