They make great quality items and ship to you customers relative fast. They only issue is if you don't read the shipping price you will lose money on your first sale. They have a flat rate shipping cost break down, make sure you read it and add it to your sale price. I use spreadconnect for all my merch do to their prices for items, and their quilty prints. I have sold several items and every customer has loved what they bought. Starting out there is no need to use the expensive shirts and hats, they 7 to 8 dollar shirts are great as well as the 10 dollar hats. I order samples to make sure the prints come out correct and the only time I wasn't 100% happy was because of my choice of lettering. I give them a 4 star only because when you order samples they take for way to long to make it to you, which cost you time that you item could be up on your store. They also connect to Amazon as well as other major companies not just Shopify, that's a plus as well. Give them a shot and see how well good your designs come out. Just make sure to use PNG files.

Die App und Anwendung an sich ist super und einfach - Nur ist die Qualität vom Druckergebnis leider nicht nutzbar und sehr schnell abnutzbar.

Die bedruckten Stellen bleiben aneinander und an Stühlen kleben und sehen auch auf vollflächigen Designs ausgefranst aus.

Sehr schade, weil der Rest sonst echt super einfach bei euch funktioniert :)

Review of SPOD/Spread Connect App on Shopify:

The transition from SPOD to Spread Connect has been an absolute disaster for my business. When the app updated, every single one of my products was flagged with a notice stating: “The print area has changed for this product. Please check whether your design’s placement is correct.” I checked each design, and everything appeared to be perfectly aligned. Yet, despite nothing needing correction, I was forced to re-upload every design, description, price, and product detail manually. This has been an incredibly tedious and time-consuming process, especially for those of us with larger catalogs.

Adding to the frustration, customer support is nonexistent. I’ve been calling their customer service all day, multiple times, during their stated hours, and no one answers. Relying solely on email to address urgent issues—like needing to cancel or adjust a product—is impractical and frustrating. Clear communication and accessible support are vital for a business-critical app like this, and Spread Connect has completely failed in that regard.

This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of consideration for users’ time, the disruption to my store, and the absence of responsive support have made this app unusable. I cannot recommend Spread Connect to anyone looking for a reliable print-on-demand service on Shopify. Stay far away unless you want to risk hours of lost productivity and unresolved issues.

I do love the services so far.
The integration was basically nothing.
COGs are good... could be a little lower but overall I'm happy with their services..
The turn around time from order created to shipment sent out is definitely great and as advertised. It's very rare that a delivery takes longer than 48 hours.

My only gripe so far is that I am having some trouble with the customizer and the turn around time on resolution is EXTREMELY slow and any communication on the updates (if any) don't exist.

I love SPOD. Over the last 4 years, I only had one printing flaw, which I was refunded. Otherwise, it's been a great partnership. Moreover, the manufacturing warehouse is in the same city that I am in, so turnaround time for the brand is AWESOME.

I'm looking forward to more years to come with SPOD

They ship out quickly, but my customers are constantly receiving the wrong items. Many times items we do not even sell! Their turn around times are great, but their quality control is severely lacking!

Been using them for a couple years and at this point only use them for one item because their prints wash off after a few washes for most of their items. Love the actual hoodie garment itself. High quality! I just wish their print was more consistent.

One note, check spelling on your big banner ad asking us if we like SDOD.
Would also be super nice if the names of colors were capitalized so I don't have to change every one in Shopify. Thanks!

I Love the ease of use of this app I upload my content, then order samples and inventory for my little shop! It's also way easy to create a listing for my non local customers to order and have their choices drop shipped to them. great app.

Ordered a sample item to test SPOD nearly a month ago. Wasn't ever fulfilled. "Awaiting production" for a month. Contacted support. No response within the day -- Just cancelled the sample order. Just tried writing support again to let them know. We'll see if they respond. I'm sure they'll respond promptly here since it's a public review. Very disappointing experience though after a couple decent experiences. Glad it was just for me and not a customer. Hopefully they didn't charge yet or it refunds automatically.

If any orders are waiting for Production over 24 Hours, you should be contacting Customer Service immediately. From my experience, there can be a few issues here such as payment issues, stock issues, account verification required, etc. Because your time line was not very clear, I do not understand if you contacted Customer Service 30 Days ago or more recently. Customer Service usually responds between 24 to 48 Hours of receiving an email.
