QuickSync ‑ All in One App

My experience was excellent from start to finish. As a small business, inventory tracking is extremely important, but many platforms can be very costly, so I am incredibly excited to try Quicksync.

I am new to the online retail game, but QuickSync and their team has always taken the time to help me get my set up right! I worked with Joseph (and Thea before that) both super patient and worked to understand my issues so they were sure to resolve.

Shocking app, I have had to contact support four times advising that my inventory between stores is not syncing. Each time, they tell me the same thing, we need to resync! If I have to resync every time I receive orders, what is the point of the app? I have received emails from support, advising all is fixed, a few days later, the same issue! I have had to manually check my inventory four times, due to selling on both stores and them not syncing. I have cancelled, as they clearly cannot fix the issue and they never seem to tell you how the issue is caused, as I don't believe they even know why themselves! It is like they are programmed to read a script to you, as every agent says exactly the same thing, basically no idea! I would not waste money on this app!

Joseph was incredibly helpful today. I was having trouble with my POS syncing properly with Shopify. He identified the problem right away and was able to correct the inventory count issues. Thanks Joseph!

Joseph went above and beyond to help me! Today was my first day setting up this service and as I'm attempting to product upload he actually reached out to me first without me writing in for help because he saw my account had an issue where product syncing and order syncing wasn't set up correctly in the midst of me creating my account! So he fixed that right up right for me so I don't have issues moving forward! His eagerness and kindness to help mean so much for someone learning another new program! Thank you Joseph!

I started today with another sync service and ended up with the only one I will ever use again! First Reham literally took over and did eveything I needed. She even shared her screen with me so I could learn.
They stayed with me so long when the shift changed happened Thea Kristel took over and didn't miss a beat! Got my Shopify sync'ed with both Etsy and TikTok in one chat session and worked on it while I was away from my laptop having leave for 1hr or more at a time. I'm over the moon happy with QuickSync and you will be too!!!!
