I have just started with this app. So far, it is doing exactly what it claims. We have 17000 products and many more orders. It syncs everything nicely and save a MASSIVE amount of time. Joseph is on tech help, he is extremely helpful. Any and all questions answered promptly and lead me in the right direction. I wish I had downloaded this app when I first started building my stores, it would have saved me a lot of time and money.
Amazing Service and Seamless Product Import!
I had an incredible experience working with Joseph. He helped me import products from Square to Shopify with absolute ease! His professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process smooth, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was transferred correctly. I was nervous about the transition, but he made it stress-free and was available to answer all my questions along the way. I spent the whole day trying to sync my Shopify products to my TikTok shop-it didn't work. A frustrated me watched so many videos on YouTube, trying to figure out the solution. I came by a video that talked about Quicksync and Ownbase. I decided to go with Quicksync because it made more sense, and had better options ( real time syncing). So I downloaded the app on myShopify and proceeded to sync my products. Then I had a problem with the TikTok category settings. The products would not show on TikTok until I review the default categories. I was stuck , I didn't know how to proceed. There and then I received an instant message from Normie asking me if I needed help. Boy! Was I relieved. Normie was wonderful, this angel walked me through the whole process, and ended up helping me finishing up the job. This was truly 5 star service. Thank you Normie and Quicksync for your help.
The app is incredibly user-friendly, and everything updates automatically, so I don’t have to worry about managing two platforms at once.
What really stands out, though, is the amazing customer service. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with setup, their team has been quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly. They even followed up to ensure I was happy with the solution. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and are committed to providing top-notch support.

Products randomly become unsynced and support are not able to tell you why and you aren't notified about it. There is no point in the app if it can't sync products.
There is no documentation to follow and support just tell you the products are not synced and to manually add them to the sync list again.
This app worked perfectly to connect our Square POS inventory to our Shopify store. We had tried different solutions, but this what our top pick for functionality and ease of use.
Complete Rip OFF for £60 a month, DO NOT USE ! They don't actually have a Technical Team, just some customer service agents that drag things out and don't resolve anything
I been on the chat and waiting for the customer service team for 3 days now. Basic issues like not connecting to ebay, or sync listings across,. Kept being told from their end its all fine maybe ask ebay? }
Just a joke, only 22 out of 747 products we listed. Out of the 22 none were available to buy as they were 0 stock! Clearly no large data sync. This is my experience , I would seriously avoid!
Look at your other options, they provide so much more some for even 1/3 of the price. Others with same price hare proper companies
Extremely easy to use, I am not tech savvy what so ever, and with this app I was able to integrate over 500 products from my square shop to Shopify in a blink of an eye. Any questions I had the support team was on it and replied in minutes. I am blown away with the ease of QuickSync. THANK YOU!!
The app is simple and easy to use. It saved 1000s of hours in converting our physical and online store (that has over 1000 products) from Square to Shopify platforms - in fact, I did it in minutes. I really appreciate how they have agents available to assist at weird hours of the day for us entrepreneurs that need support outside of normal business hours. If there is an issue, it’s super convenient to reach out to the agent and they go above and beyond to help solve the issue!
Left sku-iq and sku harmony and started with quicksync, so far it seems far superior, it LOOKS clean and organized which is appreciated but what stands out immediately is the customer service. While setting up Joseph contacted me and helped sync everything smoothly, he was efficient and made good conversation along with getting the job done. so far, very impressed.
