I was trying to solve a sync issue and Joseph came to the rescue. Was patient and explain to me all the details. Having a customer service like this is game changing.

they were extremely helpful! I had a few issues in the beginning trying to get shopify/square to link. they addressed the issue extremely fast and helped get everything synced and working correctly!
