Stackable: Combined Discounts

The app is simple to run, has a great user interface and allows you to set up more complex promos which other apps aren't able to do (the big one for us was a tiered spend and save that allowed you to set your own triggers and discount types!) Gavyn from the support team was very helpful in setting up and ironing out any issues - we did have a slight issue with the mobile checkout button not working at first but it was fixed probably within an hour of chatting to support. If you need help setting up the cart integrations/custom code (we did) definitely contact them as they are 10/10. Will be using for any and all future promos!

We have tried many other apps, but there was always ~10% of clients reported that the discounts weren't correctly applied at checkout. In the end we had to refund manually and costed a lot of human power. Stackable team patiently listened to our needs and solved this technical issue together with us! They are awesome! This apps also features the best layout according to our experience. Strongly recommended!

The most fantastic app we could have on our store. I had searched high and low for something like this app--one where we could have tiered discounts, as Shopify does not support discount coupons and automatic discounts. This app is the perfect workaround. There is no other app like it--believe me, I looked! This app solves a huge problem and works wonders. We love it! It has increased our sales so much. But, more than that, the support team is the best. Sammy answers quickly. Even jumped on a call to help me figure out something that needed attention. Top notch! This app is amazingly simple! When it comes to big sales like Black Friday where I want to stack discounts, make it simple for my customers - make it simple for me - this is the only app I will use! When I had a question they were super quick to answer things!

App does exactly what it promotes.
They also have a great support team. For that alone they'd get 5 stars... However, if you're like me and like to integrate all your apps' designs, fonts, colors to match your theme so your store looks nice and gives your visitors confidence to purchase... then this app will lack some flexibility. I was able to customize most things via CSS, however the widget's main wrapper (7.25.2022) has some inline styles which control de App's background gradient color and can only be modified with Js. I reached out to support for help and they sent some steps but I wasn't able to figure out how to make it run, my Js knowledge is very limited. I can do wonders with CSS but not much with coding. I reached out again, telling them I thought they should provide me with a script and some steps on how to modify the background color, but I was told that "For $14.99 it is not possible to cater to everyone’s exact requirements". I upped my previews rating from 3 to 4 because that's the only issue I had, as previously said, if you don't mind about customizing all the app's styles then this app is for you, otherwise it may be a bit frustrating to deal with the current version's styling options.

I used this app for a tier discount last week! (Example: spend $250 get $75 off, spend $500 get $175 off, etc.) I initially wanted to just use the Shopify automatic discount option but only one can be active at a time. So I went searching for an app and I couldn't find any other app that would allow the number of tier levels I was wanting to offer besides Stackable. I had a few technical difficulties at first, but Sammy from their customer support team was VERY responsive and resolved all issues PLUS more. Sammy even helped me dig into other website issues outside of the app itself. I definitely recommend this app and their customer support to others!
