A must-have for shops that require inventory syncing with ERP backends. The function is so simple but crucial for large inventory systems that can be depleted via channels other than your Shopify store.
This also seems to be the only app right now that automatically parses inventory files and performs the sync for you. Editing thousands of SKUs daily would be impossible manually but this app handles it.
Highly recommended feed sync and transformation app. Easy to setup, operational in minutes, with many advanced capabilities that are worth investing the time to understand and leverage for your business. Fast, friendly and proactive support from everyone in the team. A big fan of this app.
Customer service has been able to answer my questions quickly so I can continue to keep my products up to date.

This app is incredible. Customer service is above and beyond. I've had a few questions and "how do I fix this?" problems. They've responded within 12 hours every single time. They're polite and always fix my problems almost immediately. I have three suppliers. Two of them were already pre-programmed into their system. I didn't have to do anything to set those up. My third has a feed that I had to set up manually. It was fairly easy to set up and works great. And pricing... one of my suppliers recommended another company online to sync stock. They were hundreds more per month than Stock Sync and do the exact same thing, probably just as well. If you dropship or have suppliers, I can't recommend this more.

I agree, Jor was a pleasure to work with. Their response time is fast and they fixed a user error that I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. So far the app is working great and saving me a massive amount of time that I was spending before updating inventory. Their pricing is reasonable. I only wish that I had found them sooner!
