We've been using Storemapper for a few years now and are very happy. We had a tech issue recently due to changes in the Google Cloud account, which stopped it from working, and their support team went above and beyond to help get it working again, so I can definitely recommend them!

Really useful and intuitive store locator app! Very easy to upload stores and add customizations, and a lot of features even on the most basic plan. Philly was also super helpful in walking through the features and fixing any minor issues we had with our map because of a custom design we added to our store locator.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Henry Mugo this morning. My email provider had my time zone set incorrectly causing me to think our meeting was at 8am vs 7am, so I was late. That said, Henry followed up asking if I was going to make it - and we jumped right on the call. He walked me through fixing our issue in mere minutes. I couldn't be happier with Henry's professionalism, and genuine smile. I honestly believe he was happy to help. Thanks again Henry!

Love the app. It allows us to track all of our stores which is important for our offline business because we have no "Freaker" storefronts. - In addition, customer service is outstanding. Took less than an hour for the team to respond and fix the issues that I was seeing.

A store map is a store map, but right here is what you're really looking for -- quite possibly the best personal customer service you'll find anywhere, in any company anywhere, hands down. And I speak as the customer service manager for our own company. Philly especially (thank you again!) has provided the most helpful tips and graciously put up with my endless questions as I struggled to navigate Google Cloud Console issues and nail down nitpicky specs for my website's enormous world map of stores. A recent back-end UI update has also greatly improved usability and customization options for us as website creators/managers. Definitely worth signing on for your business's store map!
We love Storemapper - not only is the app great, the support is first class. They made multiple adjustments for our new theme within hours. Very happy :)
