I've just begun using a subscription app Subi and I immediately had a chat initiated and Pearl was able to answer all my questions quickly. I liked this customer service from the get go.

Subi has been great for allowing us to easily add subscriptions to our Shopify store. From time of initial setup the support we've received from Troye and Sam was terrific.
We had an issue that wasn't working on mobile but the team were able to quickly come in and fix it straight away. Also we have been constantly growing our revenue as this is an easy and straightforward app to use. Highly recommend.
