Great customer support and subscription service. Easy to use UI for the customer as well as easy to manage by the admin. Works well for subscriptions with free trails, and a reliable choice for subscription products!

I signed up to use this after trying probably a little over 10 apps and what i can say is these guys are amazing!!!!! Not only did they help me with integrating it and setting up, they also helped with making sure it works, making sure it works, fixing the site bug and making sure I can launch in time!!!! I love s company that goes above their portfolio to help a customer. Perfect solution. Thanks Kooroosh and team

Revised Review: I have been a user of Subfy for roughly a year. Throughout this period, I've noticed an escalating increase in Subfy's fees, something I wasn't anticipating when I signed up. I find it hard to discern the justification behind these high fees, especially considering they surpass those charged by other competing applications.

Initial Review:
The theme I was using didn't allow me to display the subscription option on my product page. I was easily able to click on a contact us button which lead me to a chat and I was able to get my problem resolved by the team right away. Highly recommend the app and customer service!

This has been a wonderful experience. The customer service is excellent. They walk you through the set up step-by-step on a zoom call. The customer service rep who helped me set it all up (Hi Yasaman!) is also my go-to person at the company, so I feel like I'm in good hands. I'm still within the free trial period and have sold 6 subscriptions already. There is ONLY upside here!

Subify team but especially Yasaman have been exceptionally helpful in the transition from another app. As a florist we have very specific needs of how we need the subscription service to work, Subify have gone above and beyond to help us make it happen. Clearly explained the steps of migration, keeping us updated on progress and jumping on a call when needed have all made the whole experience very easy. We as a team, have received the best customer service from Subify and we look forward to continuing working together!
