Amazing Support - quick and efficient
Superb Support from Adis. Another happy user !!
(1) Poor communication for their internal team.
All the problems are required to repeat and repeat with different agents.
(2) Asked me to authorize theme modification, but now the swatch images don't work anymore, they (Axel) asked me to ask shopify support instead. What a irresponsible attitude.
(3) All the problems are required back and forth multiple times, and the problems are still not yet solved.

I had to use the chat feature to install the app, as my theme was an older one. Spoke to Kenan for a good half hour, and he fixed all the glitches and issues. He explained everything he had done, which was really useful. Brilliant experience.
I have spoken with the team directly because my shop is selling very specific products that requires a bit of personalizing for subscriptions and they helped me sort it out quickly and efficiently based on my specific shop's needs! Great work, definitely worth 5 stars in support alone.
I love that this app is FREE and built for Shopify! A lot of other options have paid tiers and will restrict necessary features to paid plans. Danin was a huge help during set-up as well, answering my questions in real-time. I appreciate that they have live chat support with REAL people, too. Highly recommend this app, and I will be using it again.
Shruti was so helpful - we had a video call to discuss what the site needed, and she implemented it the next working day and it was much better than what I had done :) although the site is easy to use and intuitive!
The only thing I would be excited to see is the addition of quantity breaks with the subscription to encourage bulk buying.
