Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

Very comprehensive app, lots of capability and customization, which we needed for our complicated product/service plan combination. With much power comes much learning, so initial set up was hard. The video tutorials help, but the 24/7 service team is by far one of the best features of this app. Representatives answer right away and they are all so competent. Very helpful technical support who will get the information quickly, or just get go under the hood and set up right. A+ for tireless onboarding assistance. - Update 1 year later- they added a bunch of handy features and capabilities. Easier to use as well.

Aside from being an absolutely amazing app that fulfills every need we thought of and more than that --- this was such an amazing customer experience!!! Fast, helpful, personal and immediately to the point. Special thanks to Mann from customer service ;) Give this man a raise.

I just added the app, so I will update after 1 month as far as performance. As far as customer service and integration. The set-up was easy, but because I use custom coding I ran into a snag. Appstle reps are quick to help online. Discouraged that I can't get a demo call for 2-3 weeks. Many of the Help videos are over a year old and not accurate anymore due to system updates. Appstle is suppose to be the best service but I'm running in to many areas that I will have to "improvise" to make it work for my needs
