my experience with brooks was absolutely fantastic. I was NOT expecting to receive so much backend support for my business, and it was like having a pocket assistant to support me with stuff that I have no idea how to do. AMAZING APP.

Great service. Their customer support team is awesome. They will directly handle issues themselves if I ask them questions on things I can't figure out and are very responsive typically in under 1 minute. For subscription services for shopify this is the way to go.

Everything looks great so far! I recently changed themes and the app wouldn't work. I started a chat and Jackson had the issue fixed in five minutes! Great response and service. I have bugged the heck out of this team with my stupid questions and inability to comprehend the simplest of instructions. Though, this small team behind this app have been responsive, helpful and overly nice throughout all of it. They have fixed every issue I have inquired about in a timely manner. Best support ever...oh yeah - the app is fantastic too!
