Their customer service is incrediable. As a small business owner, I don't have the time to go back and forth with developers. Appstle is prompt- answers all of my questions- and provides loom videos of our conversations so that I can go back a watch if need be. Highly recommend.

I have been using it for a few months now and have had an excellent experience. It was easy to install and its usability is very good. It can be improved significantly in terms of translation to other languages, as I couldn’t find all the fields I needed when translating to Portuguese. I also think the customization could be improved overall.

I chatted with support today about a question I had and they not only helped me with the question I had - they went above and beyond and offered to make some changes to my widget so it perfectly matched my theme. The app works pretty well with our Shopify store. There are a few limitations that we've had to navigate, such as requiring Shop Pay to subscribe (the delay between updating a credit card in Shop Pay and having it register for payments in Appstle has posed a hassle for our customers, but this is not unique to Appstle).
