Currently have the free version, had an issue with my theme not updating the price when selecting the discounted subscription. They have the best customer service I think I have ever experience when it comes to tech. The guy made a custom tutorial to my specific problem for me to resolve it. took like 5 min. Recently installed the app and the support has been fantastic answering my questions and helping me get this set up. I love the feature they offer of porting over current subscriptions and allowing you to send a quick checkout link to your customer for an easy experience for them. They are also super helpful when it comes to customizing the widget for your product page.

Just starting using this app but the customer service is excellent. Had some issues (mostly my doing) and Ash helped me out getting me back on track and fast, not waiting around for a email for a day. So far very happy

The app is fairly easy to use and somewhat intuitive. More difficult requests require help, but the team at Shopify is responsive, patient, and very helpful via the chat option.
