The chat support was super quick and helped way more than just sending a video link. Once Annie realized that my issue was greater than the normal need, she jumped into our account and fixed it! Definitely better support service than i expected, especially when i needed it most.

I have not yet had the chance to use the app in its entirety, however setting up the app I had an issue that I did not know how to fix. I simply messaged the chat and in less than a minute I had a response! Mona was incredible and helped solved my issue so quickly! The best customer service I have experienced thus far :) Can't wait to start using the app!!

I was looking for a subscription app for my website and came across this one. Upon downloading the app I was offered help by Muhammad that was extraordinary. I was helped out and all my questions were answered perfectly and quickly. The app itself is also amazing and I highly recommend it.

I had a small issue with theme and the support was very easy to apporach. I asked them if they can fix it, but they said it wasn't thier responsibility. So I went Shopify and theme provider for the support, then I was told that it's app developers responsibility to address any compatiability with themes. Then, I had to go back to their support to finally get it fixed. It's really nice app and provides a super easy access to customer support. However, they sent me back and forth to fix such a small problem, which was not ideal.

It has some flaws that made it impossible for us to use it. First, it right away shows in the live version before you finished to set it up. But much worse, some things can not be translated to German and it keeps showing a page loading sign on the product page after the app was installed.

We are sorry you had less than a stellar experience with our store. We do support publishing widget on non-published themes. However, it’s not the default setup option as most merchants find it hard to follow. We also support widget on products in draft or unpublished stage. This way, widget won’t be visible to others.

Also, could you let us know what label is not translatable? We have stores with various languages using our app. We also reached out to you 2 days back asking if you need any help. Please give us a try again. Our support team is available 24X7 and can be reached out via our chat widget.

This is just my first day so it's hard to rate the full app but it was super easy to set up and the customer support chat they provide was awesome and really helpful. It literally took me 20 mins to download the app and set up my first subscription. And... I really appreciate that they have a starter plan to let you get going without breaking the bank. So far so great!!
