I recently switched from another Shopify subscription app to Appstle. The migration process was smooth and error-free. However, it's important to note that the migration may not be instant. Follow the provided steps carefully and allow their team to guide you. By doing so, you can complete the migration without any issues.

Since migrating, I have received excellent service from Appstle. They have been proactive in addressing any minor issues that have arisen, such as familiarizing myself with their system and making necessary tweaks to the theme code to ensure the customer portal functions perfectly. Although my store is not large and I have only been using Appstle for 2 months, we heavily rely on subscribers. So far, the experience has been very positive, and I highly recommend them.

I'm quite new to shopify and all these apps and stuff but the support team is making it all very easy. They really have gone way beyond every time I ask for help. In order to add subscription functionality, the app will delete your existing product and recreate it. In the process, resetting SKU, and shipping weights without notifying us before hand. Ended up messing up many of our ongoing orders and costing us significant time to clean up.

This is Ria, the co-founder of Appstle. Our app DOES NOT delete and recreate existing products to add subscription functionality. That is a convoluted and wasteful process. Appstle is natively and exclusively built for Shopify and Shopify Plus platform, and connects the subscription plans to your existing products in Shopify. Therefore, there WILL BE NO CHANGES TO SKUs, shipping weights, or other associated details. Appstle Subscriptions is currently and actively used by 26,000+ Shopify merchants and it is the above Shopify integrated process for all.

Simple to use and set up. When I changed themes on my store there was a disconnect somewhere so the chat support manually fixed the issue very quickly and I was back up and running in under 10 minutes. I highly reccommend for easy setup
