Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

I recently integrated the Appstle app into my Shopify website, and it has been fantastic for managing subscriptions. Appstle makes it easy for customers to subscribe and save on deals, with cool widgets and features that enhance the user experience.

The customer service is top-notch, especially Nancy, who has been invaluable. Nancy promptly addressed my issues and provided insightful suggestions and feedback. She didn't just follow instructions; she explained the outcomes and offered more informed solutions, which I ended up loving even more. Her thorough and informative approach made the experience feel like a true partnership.

The support team of Appstle is second to none. We are building a platform that uses the subscription tool for a different purpose to the standard subscription model and the team has been exceptionally helpful during the build process. Responses within 1-2 minutes always and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Honestly couldn't recommend Appstle highly enough.

Great customer service that will actually walk and edit your questions (and mistakes!).

I am very pleased with this app. I wish I had more control over the customization but their support is very responsive and easy to work with. Only downside is that subscription orders don't merge when there are multiple subscriptions at the same time if they have different intervals. But, all apps seem to have this issue.

Just launching tomorrow but so far the Customer Service has been unbelievable!! I'll have to report back once our subscriptions start to come and I see how well the app actually works. I'm sure it will be amazing.

The app has somewhat of a learning curve to it, some of the menus take a little while to decifer, but overall it integrates with my shopify store quite well and the customer service when I have questions is TOP NOTCH! So quick, responsive and helpful.

I had a few things I didn't understand when setting things up for my subscriptions. Even though they have some wonderful videos I found I couldn't wrap my head around a couple things. The team had wonderful patience as I tried to describe the issue and helped solve the issue in a very easy fashion. Would highly recommend.
