This is my first review that I left for any of the apps I downloaded for Shopify. I had an issue with some font customization for their In-Page widget, I left a message in support and was replied to super fast! James took care of the issue right away for me. I was hesitant about venturing out forward to check out the rest of the Swell app because of this little issue, but it was taken care of rather quickly. I'll tell you what customer support is number one for me in any business. You got my vote Swell. :)
I am still navigating my way around, some email templates to send to subscribers would be great, encouraging them to complete steps to earn rewards

I really like Swell so far! I just set up all the customizable options and it's very user-friendly. I'm not sure yet how many customers it'll bring me, but I personally think this is a great way to bring up customer loyalty.
Love Swell. Great for loyalty rewards and creating a stronger connection with my customers. Very customizable and easy to set up. Would recommend to anyone who wants to build brand loyalty with its customers.

This app has become so frustrating for us. We use the Shopify POS app for our brick and mortar store and there is no way for us to redeem points or even look up points through this app. It worked on the iPad app but not the android tablet we now use. We have to go into a browser and do everything manually. People are too impatient to wait for this. This is an expensive product to not function properly.
