So far so good. Very simple to set up. And easy for online customers to use. The POS interface is a little cumbersome. That may be the only drawback

It's very clear, precise and does what they say they do! The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 is just because there are some simple questions I can't find the answers to in the application - but because their custom service is so reliable I know I will be able to solve them. Thank you!
Struggling to get everything together. Quite complicated to use. Some things don't connect the way they are supposed to, leaving some items going live when they don't work. I'm sure with practise it will be a great app but very much trial and error which may come across as unprofessional to people trying to sign up

Easy simple system to be able to create a good referral system. Good video tutorials to get started that explain very well how to set up
Too many issues with this app! We are constantly having customers say they cannot access their account along with a boat load of other issues.. The points are too easily redeemable. A lot of customers just don't get how it works which tells us its not as user friendly as it coule be. It is not worth the trouble but now that our customers are used to it being on website its hard to delete the feature. So we are looking for another app to use.
Points feature for rewards is ok but referrals is the worst I've experienced- used to have Referral Candy and then Talkable. ROI is non-existent, admin doesn't display properly, felt like a guinea pig the whole time with a Beta product
Gave 4 stars because i just started using this app and so far so good for the free option. But 5 stars for the support given by Rogelio. He was very responsive and answered my questions in a clear and detailed manner. Thank you Rogelio.
